                        Installed customer voice circuits using with DMS-500, titan 5500, Centest 650, and 532l. Install customer data using Cisco Routers and CAC routers.   Maintain Quality report daily.  Help other cut desk personnel with technical issues.  Made sure all orders were completed in timely manner.  Inform Project coordinators of any possible issues.  Worked with field techs and vendors to trouble shoot install issues.  Worked with LECs to resolve T1 and unbundled loops issues.   Perform quality checks three days prior to customer due date. Corrected any translations and/or line issues for customer during install.  This included correcting line features and long distance.

Knowledgeable in various types of DXC’s including 1/0 DXC, Wideband DXC, and Broadband DXC. Used TCOM, Tberd 209, Sage 950 and other test equipment to isolate faults.
