Thematic Apperception Test

                        Below is a TAT test.  We attempted to imagine what story Stephen King and Charles Manson would tell about the picture.  The same picture will receive different stories based on the subject’s personalities.  We believe Stephen King will give a positive story while Charles Manson will give a negative one. 

 

King

            This picture shows two galaxies merging together to form new life.  Billions of stars are being created to create more beauty.  A marriage is taking place, which will create new stars, which will shine brighter than before.  I can only image the sight from the middle of the display.  It would be an artwork in a museum.  I believe that there are many advanced civilizations living there looking back at us.

 

Manson

            This picture shows two galaxies destroying themselves.  Eventually all the stars will fall into themselves and become a black hole.  No light will escape.  If we were there, we would be horrified.  I would have to step up a lead everyone to freedom but first we would have to destroy the infidels.  It would be filled by a barbarian race that needed guidance.
